This Privacy Notice to California Residents (this “Notice”) supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”), including individuals whose personal information we collect in a professional or business-contact capacity. This Notice applies to Hybridge, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Hybridge”) with respect to personal information we collect through hybridgelab.com and our related forms and communications.
Scope; Patient Health Information Excluded
This Website collects professional and business-contact information from dental professionals. It does not collect patient information; patient information is submitted through a separate third-party portal operated by Magic Touch Software and is handled under separate agreements. To the extent any patient health information exists in the laboratory’s workflow, it is protected health information governed by HIPAA and applicable state law, which the CCPA excludes from its scope. This Notice covers personal information collected outside those frameworks. For example, through the Website, professional registration and CE forms, and analytics tools.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, process CE course and event registrations, operate and improve the Website and Services, communicate about programs and courses, measure and improve Website performance, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

In the last twelve (12) months, we may have disclosed identifiers and internet-activity information to service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers) for business purposes. We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), Lucky Orange, and, on a planned basis, the Meta Pixel, that involve online identifiers and browsing activity. Under the CCPA, some of these activities may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some cases a “sale” of personal information.
