This Privacy Policy explains how Hybridge, LLC (“Hybridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through hybridgelab.com (the “Website”), our forms, and our email communications (collectively, the “Services”). The Website is a business-to-business resource for licensed dental professionals and their staff. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Professional Audience; Third-Party Ordering Portal
This Website provides information and educational materials to dental professionals. It is not intended for patients and does not collect patient inquiries. To place a case order, dental professionals leave this Website and log in to a separate third-party portal operated by Magic Touch Software (the “Ordering Portal”), where case details, scans, prescriptions, and patient information are uploaded so the Hybridge laboratory can design and manufacture a patient-specific prosthesis.
Patient information is not collected by this Website.
Any patient information you submit through the Ordering Portal is collected and handled by Magic Touch Software and is governed by that vendor’s separate terms and privacy practices, and by the separate agreements between your practice, Hybridge, and the vendor, not by this Privacy Policy. Please do not submit patient health information through this Website’s forms or by email.

When you submit a contact, registration, or continuing-education (CE) form, register for a course or event, request materials, or communicate with us, we collect professional contact information such as your name, dental practice or organization, professional role, mailing address, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the Website. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use information to respond to your inquiries, to process CE course and event registrations, to operate and improve the Website and Services, to communicate with you about programs, courses, and events, to measure and improve Website performance, to maintain security, and to comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Website and business, and with analytics providers. Service providers are required to keep information confidential and use it only to perform services for us. The categories of third parties include:

We also use, or expect to use, advertising and analytics technologies such as the Meta Pixel that may transmit online identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Not all providers listed are active at all times. Under some state privacy laws, these activities may be considered “sharing” (and, in some cases, “selling”) of personal information, and you have the right to opt out (see “Your Choices and Rights” below).
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, to protect our rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
